Valour Apparel Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.

Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard. For credit card payments, the name that will appear on your bank statement is ‘Valour Apparel Pty Ltd).

Valour will withhold shipping of goods until all goods have been paid for. A tax invoice will be emailed upon payment for all products ordered at www.nswschoolsport.com.au. The order and tax invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on the www.nswschoolsport.com.au website.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices, delivery fees and other charges quoted are in Australian Dollars and, where applicable, are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Valour reserves the right to change or alter prices of sportswear on the website for any reason and without notice. If you have already placed and paid for an order we will honour the original price.

When placing an order at www.nswschoolsport.com.au you agree to the stated price for the products and stated delivery fee. Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard. When paying by credit card, you authorise Valour Apparel to charge your nominated card at the time you place your order.

You acknowledge that goods will only be shipped once payment has been received. If your payment cannot be processed we will not ship your sportswear products.

We will email you a tax invoice once your payment has been approved.

You may place an order at www.nswschoolsport.com.au. In doing so you agree to provide the information necessary for us to process and deliver your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to deliver products as a result of you providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

To the extent permitted by law, Valour reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel orders for any reason (or no reason) at any time including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or description, an error in the order or the discontinuance of a promotion.

From time to time some products may be out of stock or unavailable. Valour reserves the right to withdraw products from sale at any time without notice. Please note that photographs and visuals of products are for illustration purposes only and their appearance may differ in real life.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Valour Apparel Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions, you cannot cancel or change your order once it has been accepted.
